PRAY UK

All are welcome to attend this city-wide prayer meeting.

Join us at 9am for coffee/tea followed by a time of sung worship and intercessory prayer.

The heart of this meeting is to spend time interceding for the United Kingdom and beyond as the Lord leads.

There is normally a presentation regarding matters for prayer as well as time to pray in small groups, often using resources provided by the World Prayer Centre.

Future Dates:

  • Saturday 11th November (Extended to 11.30am to incorporate a 2 minute time of remembrance and prayer at 11am).

Key Scriptures:

  • 2 Chronicles 7 v 14: If My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

  • Ezekiel 22 v 30 (NLT): I looked for someone who might rebuild the wall of righteousness that guards the land. I searched for someone to stand in the gap in the wall so I wouldn’t have to destroy the land, but I found no one.

  • Psalm 24 vs 6-10: Such is the generation of those who seek him, who seek your face, God of Jacob. Lift up your heads, you gates; be lifted up, you ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in. Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, you gates; lift them up, you ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in. Who is he, this King of glory? The Lord Almighty – He is the King of glory.

  • Habakkuk 2 v 14 (AMPC): But [the time is coming when] the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.
